JOB #CS130 - Customer Service Representative / Bilingual Spanish (Trilingual Portuguese and/or  French  helpful)
Customer Service Group: Full-Time Regular (Hourly)

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for preparing RMA’s (Return Material Authorization i.e.; warranties.). The position’s key responsibilities will be to carryout customer service via phone and email providing product knowledge to customers, providing technical product interpretation and any other requested information. Provide follow-up with customers as needed. At times, may perform product testing of product items to include (cameras, monitors, and DVR’s.)  Help with escalations and advancement of shipment requests. Help assist within the Swann store/outlet with walk-in customers. May need to seek out and review or cross-check packaging and item description or process.  Assist Swann Sales and Marketing team as needed. Bilingual - Spanish (Required) / Portuguese (Highly Desirable) / additional languages including French a plus. High School / GED equivalent a must. AA or BS or combination of experience and education preferred. Minimum 1-3 years in a customer service or retail environment with direct customer interaction and/or support of various daily tasks. Technical experiences and/or knowledge of consumer electronics, systems, programs, helpful. Basic knowledge MS Office, Excel and Outlook necessary. Must be able to work well with others and offer team player flexible attitude. Fast pace growing environment offering great opportunity.

JOB #QC160 – Quality Control Inspector – Intermediate /Advanced Level
Warehouse Group: Full-Time Regular (Hourly)
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA

The Quality Control Inspector uses a variety of AQL techniques and inspection methods to determine if a product meets quality standards. Methods include visual inspections, measurements and functional testing of the product. The Quality Control Inspector must ensure that the product meets specifications in terms of its appearance and its function. Prefer BS and/or combination of experience and education. Studies in computer science, electronics, industrial science, or quality systems highly preferred. Seeking minimum 3-5 years in one of the following environments that require quality control inspection with AQL principles, general warehouse, distribution, production, manufacturing, re-manufacturing. Prefer experience in consumer electronic industry or similar industry type. Sound understanding and demonstrated best practice of AQL and Quality Control logic and processes. Must understand basic fundamentals of working within a warehouse or distribution environment. Intermediate Microsoft Excel required. Good analytical, organizational and communication skills a must. Must be able to work well with others, and offer team player flexible attitude. Fast pace growing environment offering great opportunity.
